Seo Bok tells the story of a former intelligence agent named Min Ki Hun (Gong Yoo) who suffers from a serious illness who is assigned to keep of the first cloned human named Seo Bok (Park Bo Gum). This imitation human has the key to eternal life so that his existence is the target of many parties.
