Movie Review: Searching
Are you a fan of thriller genre films? I have a recommendation for a hollywood film called "Searching". Let's just take a look at my review of this film.
Searching is a 2018 American thriller film directed by Aneesh Chaganty. This film was written directly by Chaganty and Sev Ohanian.
This film tells the story of a father named David Kim (John Cho) who tries to find his missing daughter, Margot (Michelle La). This film tells the relationship between parents and children that are not too close.
I think this film is suitable for those of you who like mystery films. In terms of cast, this film chooses the main players not from people who are completely unfamiliar with the internet. The visuals are also unique in that they take the point of view of a computer screen or screencast. Sound effects are displayed entirely from the point of view of the communication media. the most impressive in my opinion is the unpredictable plot of the story. The plot twist is presented very neatly, every secret is successfully revealed, not making any other secrets visible. This film is not recommended for those of you who only want entertainment, because this film makes you think about the problems that exist in the story.
Through this film I learned that parenthood is not easy. Parents are required to be sensitive and build good communication with their children, especially in their teens.
