Movie Review: Miracle in Cell No. 7
The world of ginseng country cinema has never failed the audience. This time I will recommend a Korean film that will drain your emotions. Just take a look at the review of the film Miracle in Cell No.7 below!
The film Miracle in Cell No.7 is directed by Lee Hwan-Kyung which was released on January 23, 2013. This film tells the story of a mentally retarded man named Lee Yong-gu who is accused of murdering a little girl who is the son of a police commissioner. Lee Yong-gu's grief was not because he had to go to prison on false charges, but because he had to be separated from his 6 year old son, Ye Sung.
Interestingly, this film is packaged using the right back and forth plot. moreover, the story is simple, easy to understand, and manages to play on the audience's emotions. The actors in this film really support their respective characters. This film is not only entertaining but is expected to give a message or description of the unfair enforcement of the law against the helpless, using the power to kill innocent people with the frills of the law.
So for those of you who haven't watched it, you have to prepare a tissue, guys!
